Dear backers,
Hope you don't get sick of these updates, but I want to get this right for everyone asap. I've been back into the weights for individual items and found some of them to be far heavier than they should've been. Again, forgive me and my UK metrics and lack of ability with numbers!
Your shipping totals should now be reduced once again.
It's so reassuring to know tweaks can be made and that you won't be charged until the end of the year.

Dear Backers,
BackerKit have removed the base pledge shipping and rates should now be solely calculated on weight. Could some of you comment or message to let us know if things have been resolved?

Dear backers,
Please don’t panic about the shipping totals coming back from surveys. I’ll work with Backerkit this week to ensure they’re in line with the totals estimated on the Kickstarter. I’m still getting to grips with the BackerKit system and itemised weights. It will all be resolved before we charge your cards early next year.

Dear backers,
Thought I'd keep you updated on the issue with BackerKit shipping rates through your surveys. Firstly, don't worry, as nothing is set in stone until we lock your orders (around December 2022). It seems that you've been charged 2 lots of shipping, whereas we simply want the 'Whole Order Shipping Cost' total based on a combined weight. As soon as the folks at BackerKit start work this morning, I'm certain the issue will be resolved asap.
Apologies for the inconvenience and to cause some panic, but this is the first time we're using the platform and in truth, I thought it would be far easier to set up.
I'll post a further update when BackerKit have altered the shipping.

Dear backers,
I've just sent out surveys to you all through BackerKit. I wanted to post an update here to ensure you know the email is legitimate.
We have also updated shipping after struggling to get to grips with weights other than the metric system 😅. These may still be subject to change as soon as we receive sample merchandise with precise weights, but you won't be charged until early next year regardless.
