Dear backers,

Thank you for your continued patience. Thankfully we're nearly there! So our books arrive at the warehouses for ShipQuest (UK) and Studio 2 (US) tomorrow. US customs were far less hassle than we anticipated and all stock will be ready simultaneously. Unfortunately the pins and dice won't reach the warehouses till August 26th, but we'll spend the week ahead entering your details into our fulfilment partners' databases. Once all stock is together, it'll take a couple of days to package and then it's out to you all for the beginning of September. 

Address changes: We'll spend tomorrow going through those final address change requests you've kindly messaged/emailed over recently. Sorry we haven't replied to them all, but rest assured, we'll get them all updated asap.

Shipping Update

Dear backers,

We have some disappointing news regarding our shipping. The books had to change containers partway through their journey, which has meant a bit of a delay. Current estimates are August 8th for the UK and RotW. August 18th for the US. We hope to fully fulfill the project by the end of August.

We’d like to remind you that these delays are out of our hands once they leave the printers, so please be patient.

Our printers have provided further information, which they have given us permission to share.

Yesterday, Kathryn (the other half of Hatchlings) went through and updated all your changes of address, so that's a huge relief! Today she will begin sending emails directly to those who haven't completed surveys or have had shipping payments blocked.
